The Reading Room is a free youth bookshop and reading nook operated by the nonprofit, Maria's Literary Foundation. Children, teenagers, and families are welcome to browse books, read, write on the typewriters or in journals, play games, and take books home for free. We host author events, youth book clubs, writing workshops, and more. Outside of regular operating hours, the space can be rented by community groups.

Monday to Friday - 9 am to noon, 2 to 5 pm
Saturday Sunday - Closed
