THE ANIMAS CITY THEATRE, VOTED #1 MUSIC VENUE FOR THE BEST OF DURANGO CONTEST, or The ACT as the locals call it, is a Live Music Venue located in Downtown Durango. The ACT hosts live music - local, regional, nationally & internationally touring acts, as well as hosts other events and private rentals.  The ACT features two full bars.

For Live Music we have the best sound and lighting system in the four corners!  We've hosted KELLER WILLIAMS, CHRIS ROBINSON BROTHERHOOD, NAPPY ROOTS, LEFTOVER SALMON, EUFORQUESTRA, THE REVEREND HORTON HEAT  just to name a few!
